By using this website you agree to these terms and conditions, including any changes and updates.

User content, links, destination URLs, opinions, comments, articles and anything else provided by third parties do not express the views of the service provider.

Don’ts

By using out service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose including but not limited to copyright content, defaming, abuse, stalking, hate, harassing or violating any person's or entity's legal rights.
• Advertise earn4.link on any traffic exchange and PTC websites.
• Place shortened links on websites with content that may be threatening, defamatory, harassing, contain any viruses, Trojan horses, Bots, Automatized Scripts, Time bombs, worms, malware or contain software which go against this terms or may cause damage to the viewer or the site's resources.
• Shrink URLs which redirect to websites containing the above mentioned content.
• Spam any website, forum or blog with the Site's links.
• Automatically redirect to your shortened url from a website or use any automated method to generate views. The viewer must click on the link themselves.
• Offer an incentive or ask the visitor to click on your shortened links.
• Create multiple accounts. Only one account per person is allowed.
• Interfere with other publishers which are using the Site's service.
• Click on your own shortened urls to generate revenue. We reserve the right to terminate the account and not pay for the revenue generated.
• Create 'redirect loops' with our URLs or similar services to generate revenue.
• Open your shortened URLs using an iframe or popups/popunder.
• Transmit files that contain viruses, spyware, adware, trojans or other harmful code.
• Abuse from the contact system such as sending messages regarding payments before due dates, threatening to change service and/or providing false or incomplete data.

 

Your Content

By using our service you are fully responsible for all the content and activities that occur and are related to your account. We are not responsible for any acts or omissions by you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. In case of any unauthorized access you must notify us immediately. We assume no responsibility for alteration of information, or deletion due to abuse of the account during unauthorized access.

The only legitimate way to open the shortened link is with a mouse click organically and without any alteration by automated methods. Your traffic must come from a valid source, otherwise the payment will be rejected. The shortened link must open when a viewer clicks on the link. Publishers will receive payment for clicks on the shortened link, as long as the viewer is shown an ad for at least 5 seconds, the browser does not have an ad blocker and has Javascript and cookies enabled.

Payments are made through Third Party Payment Methods. The publisher must have a valid account in the payment method of his choice in order to receive payments. You can check the minimum amount for each payment method on the corresponding page in the members area.

It is forbidden to register new accounts as a referral to your current and simultaneous accounts.

If you violate any of these terms of use, your account will be deleted and all earnings will be void. Your logins will be permanently deleted. In such a case, if required by law enforcement we may use the personal data provided to report illegal activities.

 

This agreement becomes effective at the time of registration or use of the service.
